Korean celebrates Thanksgiving very much like the rest of the Americans except they have a few more dishes on their table, like rice (a must!), kimchi (many different varieties), japchae, sashimi, mandoo(fried dumplings), banchan (side dishes) and they eat on paper plates with chopsticks.

I was so glad to find your blog. I work for a Korean owned company here in the Detroit MI area. I write a monthly employee newsletter and each month I am challenged to have many items about our Korean co-workers and management personnel in there. I am trying to open the lines of communication about other things besides car parts! LOL. I wonder if you could share some ideas on how to write about the holidays with our Korean neighbors in mind?
Please share. I will visit your blog to find your response in the coming days as I prepare to write the November newsletter. Thanks Little Seouls for your blog! Have a great day!
